4. Limitation of Liability
Crown Crest Tourism LLC acts solely as an agent for various third-party travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by the defect of any vehicle or negligence of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements of the tour.
5. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
