Booking Conditions

1. Making a Booking

To secure a booking with Crown Crest Tourism LLC, you must complete the booking process online or through one of our agents and make the required payment. By making a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these conditions on behalf of all persons named on the booking.

2. Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all bookings:

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Final Payment: The balance of the price must be paid no later than the date specified on your confirmation invoice.
  • Late Payments: If we do not receive all payments due in full and on time, we are entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, the lead name on the booking must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of notification and the specific policies of the airlines, hotels, or cruise lines involved in your itinerary. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential cancellation costs.

4. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct passport and visas for your travel. Crown Crest Tourism LLC can provide general advice, but we do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa, or immigration requirements.

5. Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)

Except where otherwise expressly stated in these Booking Conditions, we will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by any event which we or the supplier(s) of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. These events include but are not limited to war, threat of war, civil strife, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, and adverse weather conditions.

6. Special Requests

If you have any special requirements or requests (such as dietary needs, specific room locations, wheelchair assistance), please advise us at the time of booking. While we pass all such requests to the relevant suppliers, we cannot guarantee that they will be met, and failure to meet them will not be considered a breach of contract on our part.
